**** NOTE: We have transitioned to a new platform ****
More Info: Supercharging.Life database

This is a friendly contest for Tesla owners to track the number of unique public Superchargers where they have charged

- "Supercharger count" is the number of unique public Superchargers where you have charged (just being there does not count), whether or not you were the person plugging in the vehicle (such as a Valet Parking garage or a Passenger) and whether or not it was your own personal vehicle (such as a rental, a loaner, or a friend's Tesla) as long as you were the one who drove >50% of the distance to reach the charger(s).
- The list of chargers in the supercharging.life database are the ones included in the game. If you think one should be added or removed from the list, let us know.
- Only chargers available to the public without special permission are included in the game.
- Chargers not connected to the grid are not counted.
- Doublet locations like the North/South Supercharger 'pairs' in CT, ME, NH, etc. count as individual locations.
- More than 1 charger at the same address, such as Lenox Square Mall (Atlanta, GA) or Montgomery Mall (Bethesda, MD) count as individual locations when they appear as a separate location on the Tesla Nav screen.
- Inactive competitors will be archived and removed from the leaderboard. Just post an update to be reactivated.

See Supercharging.Life database for info on how to post your own visits to the database (preferred), or post your locations with date visited to this thread and one of the admins will update your list for you. All visits must be posted to this thread - not just entered in supercharging.life. If you are the first in the game to visit a supercharger location, please post to the thread as soon as you can so others know it has been visited.

It looks like they are opening a new site on the OTHER side of the parking lot, just to add to the confusion. I will not press the issue as my "This is gonna start happening more and more" argument gets lost in ANOTHER two-named-sites-in-one-parking-lot is starting construction.
The V3s they are adding, car lengths from the originals by the Mexican joint shouldn’t be considered a new site IMO. Witnessed those in progress on last visit.

The new ones Permitted are a parking lot block over. Happy to let the Admins sort that mess out. 😉

What's a present for some is coal for another. It still wasnt in the spreadsheet this morn, so we drove more than ten times 8 miles to claim -- to find out that Santa visited it last night. Nice job @smithg13
That’s not cool. I really try to post as soon as I get home any firsts, but I will strive to post them on site or even on route (I have been launching Life360 so people can see I am on the road).

I had a little free Christmas time and visited the new supercharger in Lehre. PXL_20211226_083250739.jpg

That was from a delayed spreadsheet update. He posted about it at 2pm on Christmas Eve. If one is chasing firsts, it’s best to check the thread for updates in addition to the spreadsheet.

Sorry about that. This is why we ask people to post a picture for "firsts" as soon as possible after their visit. I usually take a pic with my phone and post while charging.

Sometimes the admins are doing things other than checking this thread and updating the spreadsheet. We do have the ability to give competitors edit access to their visit column so they can enter their own visits, though updating the spreadsheet is a challenge from a phone. Send me a message with your google id and I will give you edit access. We can also add more spreadsheet admins - send me a message if you are interested. Right now @JSergeant and @tes-s do most of the spreadsheet updates, and @theflyer and @Big Earl take care of the tableau visualizations.

It's all on me -- I missed the post.

@JSergeant and @tes-s @theflyer @Big Earl You admins are incredible and we so appreciate your work. I guess it's the large amount we pay you. HA Happy new year and thanks for all. Steve

This game can be cruel. At great risk to marital harmony, we set off for Elverson PA which according to the spreadsheet this morning, was still unclaimed. I now see it was nabbed last night. That's coal in my stocking.

Well at least re-cleared Maryland.

Merry Christmas and have a prosperous new year snagging SCs. May all your charges be firsts.
I'm hoping to snag Rockingham, NC tomorrow, but if it causes too much martial stress or someone else gets it today, no big deal and we'll save an hour and a half on the way to my parents!

Re-clearing Maryland is definitely on the Christmas wish list for me too!

For those of you who don't really give a hoot about our seasonal weather here in California, right now things are a mess. Starting last evening, I5 was closed in Siskiyou County all the way to the Oregon line. Trans Sierra highways were closed: 70,20,80,50,88 were temporary while the seasonal closures of 89,4,108,and 120 were in effect. Not to mention US395 was closed from Mammoth Lakes Jct. to north of Bridgeport AND from the Nevada line north of Reno (where it reenters California) to Susanville.

As of a few moments ago, Interstate 5 has reopened to Oregon.

Anyway, just for laughs, I thought I would test the mighty Tesla navigation system by plugging in various destinations east of the Sierra, like Reno, Lee Vining, and Bridgeport.

So, I wonder why this hotsy-totsy navigation system does not know that certain highways have nonce closures due to avalanche control or white out conditions, 30 inches of accumulated snow, or massive spin outs and pile ups. I wonder further why the annual seasonal closures from around Thanksgiving through April-June are not factored into their directions.

All of my tests resulted in driving on highways that were either closed temporarily (80, 88, 395 but also roads that are closed for the season (120). Aren't we knocking on 2022? Shouldn't this be part of contemporary intelligence?

Anyway, safe travels out there. It looks like California will return to normal by the end of the week. A couple of storms are forecast for the first week in January, but as of now they don't appear to be packing the same punch that these prior storms wrought.

Tesla NAV is worse than Google Maps for road closures. I always check Waze if I have any concerns about road closures.

Anyway, just for laughs, I thought I would test the mighty Tesla navigation system by plugging in various destinations east of the Sierra, like Reno, Lee Vining, and Bridgeport.

All of my tests resulted in driving on highways that were either closed temporarily (80, 88, 395 but also roads that are closed for the season (120). Aren't we knocking on 2022? Shouldn't this be part of contemporary intelligence?
Yeah, that happened to me last winter when Bishop Supercharger opened. From SF I was guided to several of those passes only to find the roadway blocked when I got there. Running out of charge with a Supercharger JUST on the other side of the pass. I called Tesla who said "Don't look at us, we don't collect that data, it's Google", and to be fair, ALL those sites were marked as blocked the VERY next day, but they were marked as blocked in Google THAT day. Your experience shows a year changes nothing.

I just went for a drive around the island using my new Beta SW and not only did it not know about several of our roads being closed to flooding (you should see my town), but the Self Driving kept trying to go that way ANYWAY, sheesh, it was going to sneak between the barriers. Cannot wait for that disengagement to show up at Tesla and see what Dojo makes of it.

Gotta double check with Google Maps for that reason. Especially in winter.
