I think it's a case of "NO SOUP FOR YOU!" for the elevator and pedestrian crossing button pressers. After reading this - I did the same, to advanced and back to standard and 30 sec later it was downloading an update
I have had this feature for a while and I really like it. However it sometimes turns itself off. In suburban streets without any lane markings it sometimes turns off, like when I am approaching my house and I put the blinker on to turn into the driveway. Also I have a T intersection at the end of my street and you approach it up a rise and then the road falls towards the intersection, if I put the blinker on before I go over the rise it will turn it off, it's like it can't see a corner so it turns off. Seems to work really well on roads with lane markings and even without road markings as long as there is an obvious corner approaching.I really like the new turn signal feature. One thing that will take getting used to is in roundabouts, I found as soon as I enter it might turn off the turn signal which then indicates to the other cars to enter as well. I need to observe how it handles roundabouts.
It's not on the list of assignable actions but if you tap the button on the end of the left stalk to do a single wipe you can use the scroll wheel to choose your desired wiper speed. Also, regarding the latest software update. Am I crazy or is there no wiper control in the scroll wheel shortcuts?
Or you can use "Asks every time", this way it will just hover over your last option without actually selecting it.I get this is new, but it’s annoying
I was frustrated with this yesterday. I found for many months prior to 2023.12.1.1 it was working well. Yesterday it missed heaps. Is there any way to get the autopilot/cruise to recognise school zone speed limits?
Set cruise control to engage at current speed not speed limit.because it shows on the screen that theres a timed 40 - but if i engage it sets it to 60 and starts zooming.. ?
Well on Sunday I went to visit some friends and while the car parked in front of their house lost LTE again and reboot did not fix it so I went back to hotspot from my phone again. So I dont believe the LTE issues have been fully resolved as I had 1 day fine and next still issues on the new update. He said, let's apply this and it should fix it up and yep the LTE is back and running now.

Every time I mention to the car to navigate to Robina, it first writes it correctly, then amends it to Ravenna, Italy and tries to tell me there is no available route there, even though I am literally less than 10km from Robina. The routing voice commands spell checker is an idiot in that car.Voice rec doesn't love Australian place names... 5 km from the supercharger in Dubbo - 'navigate to supercharger in dubbo' - goes looking for places in Melbourne... 'navigate to nearest supercharger' - stars looking for the closest one on the map, that's now looking in Victoria.

How about reverse what moa999 said one post above, does that work?Does anyone know how to have car slow down to displayed speed without pushing the speed sign?
I assume you do not have FSD. You imply you are on the freeway.the car doesn’t necessarily slow down to the speed limit. Does anyone know how to have car slow down to displayed speed without pushing the speed sign?
I had a pair of special bifocals made with the spilt in just the right place to read the screen. But then I discovered the Teslogic app for my phone and now I never drive without it, lovely BIG digital speedo, speed limits, cruise control setting and a few other things right inside the top half of the steering wheel. Best couple of hundred dollars I have spent. I only use my glasses now if I want to read the maps or maybe the playlist.I upgraded yesteday to 2023.12.1.1

Yes. It happens automatically when using autopilot on what the car thinks is a single lane road. It will accelerate up to the previously set speed when you leave the slow zone. The bloop noise with changing gears with the new update is irritating, however speed sign recognition seems a lot better on the freeway here in Melbourne , but still the car doesn’t necessarily slow down to the speed limit.
