I never received a VIN text, had the delivery booking and the registration plate by text.

Congrats. I wish I could understand the Tesla ordering. Placed the order late August for the same spec and still don't seem to have anything!
A few on the other thread also stating they just got a VIN for SR+
I haven't anyway - very frustrating when you see similar specs heading to the UK for orders after your one but that is the Tesla lottery for you. Will post as soon as I do
Did the same, and they said the same. I then gave them the vin I got and he said: 'Oops yes sorry i missed that initially'
Then he proceeded to end the chat... great waste of time asking them for updates
Just hang in there, they're still allocating, thousands of cars will be on this boat, keep checking.
FWIW, I ordered an M3 SR+ on 9th September (company car) and I still haven't heard anything either. Interestingly (or maybe not), amongst this flurry of activity a Tesla CS rep I've been in contact with enquiring about delivery location has just emailed now after I contacted her early last week and has informed me that she doesn't have any more information regarding my order at this time and are still waiting for the vehicles to be assigned to orders.
Not as much fun as everybody else's posts but may give others in a similar boat to me a bit of hope seeing all these people who ordered after us getting their VINs assigned.

Nope me neither..... When I checked the source code I found a "lrw" that wasn't there before...... but it was only a change in the form_build_id section!
Edit - That's now disappeared again!

I'm getting so impatient now
The main issue I have is that the order is through a leasing company so I can't check the source code. Juts have to go through Tesla chat or ask the leasing company if there are any updates.Whooop got my VIN ordered White Black M3LR on 1st October

If doing it on a mobile click the URL at the top, then click the pencil icon on the right
Now scroll all the way to the front of the URL and type the following: view-source:
Once you have done that just hit enter and you can see the source code. Now just use the 3 dots at the top right and do "find on page" and look for LRW
