Such exciting news for everyone! I’ve just spoke to Tesla, they’re still super confident that my order will be fulfilled in December (ordered 23rd October)

Said that cars are slowing starting to be shipped now.

Has anyone actually received a VIN text? I always read about people getting it in their source code, but no one ever seems to get the vin text?

As a company car, I don't get the option of checking for source codes, and am at the mercy of Tesla CS getting round to texting me......

Hello M3 LR, got my VIN

I’ve ordered same spec as you but ordered a week or so earlier, gives me some confidence that I may have a vin allocated but as it’s a company car I can’t check it. Will be watching this thread very closely now!

probably a good thing you did, as I ordered SR+ Standard and haven't been assigned VIN. Looking at posts today it seems most of them are LR VINs.
