This batch of UK VIN allocations seems a bit too early for the "mid-late December" Ireland delivery estimate they are quoting us too do you think? 26/10 + 30 days from Shanghai to UK + 5-10 days from UK to Ireland = c. 05/12 which is a bit early? So we must be on the next boat...

I'd say logistics from UK (plus additional paper work now), SEAI, VRT etc could add about 3 weeks. I would think Tesla Ireland have a batch of Vins to allocate.

I meant 21st September, is that the same for you? Surely they are done in order date? I believe @Electron Mike has his VIN and had his order/RN after me with the same specs. so am hoping it’s just a case of Tesla telling me to wait for the text with it being a company car

Do tesla just randomly assign VIN's to orders? I don't understand how people that have ordered a lot later with the same specs are being allocated cars!?
