Im one of those people who often visit this site to follow up on the latest on goings but never really made an account or posted... Horra im here!

I ordered my MYLR back in Feb 2022 through my company work scheme (Using salary sacrifice, Benefit in Kind bla bla) and I never received by VIN, Reg Plate etc.
I did receive my RN number though!
recently (past few weeks) I got a text to confirm my home delivery (didnt opt for this) and I got a delivery date of 28th June...

However, unlike many here I have not received a VIN number or Reg number plate?
Is this the same for many here? I am noticing that all this information should be readily available for me now.
If so - how do I get this information? Is it just as simple as contacting Tesla for this?
You can ring them for this info if you know your RN but you do get a text at least 2 weeks prior to delivery with the REG and VIN...

For me my lease company provided my registration number and VIN initially. I would contact the lease company first.
 
I got an EDD change today. Previous was November to Jan

I was due to pick up mine in Manchester on Thursday (ex demo) and booked train, took day off work, paid nursery for extra day for my daughter and was just text to say I now can’t pick it up until Monday. But out of pocket and can’t get next week off. They said it’s because of a software update for all undelivered cars. Really annoyed. Anyone know if this is actually the case or they just using this as an excuse?
No its a fact due to how it handles motor way exits had to implement a turn signal before manoeuvre update 2022.16.1.1 fixed this rolled out on Saturday i picked mine up yester
You already picked yours up with the update? You have EAP/FSD?

You should be able to see it when you login and click on the vehicle spec (hyperlinked ‘Manage’) that you have booked, When the new page loads - you should be able to see 1. Delivery location 2. Trade in 3. Payment method, 4. Registration. #1 will have your location details.
That disappears when all actions are completed

Ordered March 5th, my EDD has moved around so much (my signature) and yesterday moved to nov/dec. Got a call from Tesla Dartford today asking if I wanted a used one instead, anyone else had any calls? I was at work so couldn't really go into detail with them but I declined.
