Well that was a bad call...While not a tech stock (but getting more with Tesla Energy projects), PG&E may be an opportunity. It was down due to concerns regarding liability due to the California Camp fire it may have caused, but a new report states the towers were shot (like a bullet, not like decrepit)

Interesting. If they're solvent, it would be a crime of violating fiduciary responsibility for the directors to file for bankruptcy. The filing basically states that they can't continue operations, not that it will hurt.
