I think if EM was going to engage in a fraudulent act, you would have seen a pattern of this over the years. And his good intentions/actions over the years should speak much louder than 'two words'. If they don't, then I have two words for the SEC!

Exactly, there is definitely precedent for EM announcing something that sounds absurd, yet he's already 7 miles down the road with the idea and the analysts are still back at the intersection trying to decide if green means go.

FWIW- Just got back from a Tesla gathering event in the Midwest. There were 50-60 teslas at the event of which ca. ten were M3s. I also saw a half dozen M3's at SC on the way to and from the event. In every case, M3 owners were very satisfied with their cars and said it was well worth the money...

Agreed. And for long term sustainability, the thought of announcing an S/X refresh with new cells and significantly longer range makes me want to buy more $TSLA. Granted, getting the new cells inside the S/X will not be easy, but Tesla has time to figure this out while M3 demand stays strong...

With the 2000/wk statement, this email invites all news organizations to post a headline, "TESLA MISSES ON DELIVERIES AGAIN". I'm still not convinced it's legit.
