Mine are like that too. A couple of mm further in then the front ones. As it was both of them, I couldn't see anything wrong with them, and they still work, I've assumed it's intentional, further reinforced by you seeing this too!The only thing I noticed is that both rear door handles are not flush compared to the front ones. I would say 4 mm difference.

rattling disappeared when I took my daughter for a spin, so looks like you're right - thanks. Guess I just have to keep it fastenedIt may be the seatbelt buckle rattling. See if buckling the passenger belt fixes it. If it is that, there is not anything that can be done by service.
