Do we know any kind of stats on how many people have ordered/waiting on cars in the UK? 100 cars a week just seems quite low to me, but I know nothing about car logistics!

It depends on the delivery centre - 100 a week from Edinburgh would be quite respectable whereas West Drayton has easily achieved 100 a day.

And many of us know how they achieve that... it wouldn't be so easy if they did it properly.
Yes and after that it may head up to Pier 80.
On the horizon we have Morning Conductor arriving at Pier 80 on 15 Jan and the Glovis Challenge arriving on 21 Jan.
I'm still hopeful that a ship will squeeze in before the Morning Conductor - the Cosmos
Out in San Francisco at the moment so thought I’d take an early morning stroll down to pier 80 and have a looksee. Transporters loaded with 3’s and X’s arriving every few minutes. All the ones I saw were LHD. Couldn’t see quite how many were already on the site but room for hundreds more.
Disappointed to note that the Glovis Cosmos is heading to Benicia after San Diego.
Still some hope that it can cross the bay to Pier 80 after that though.

Maybe the cosmos is holding at Benicia since the us navy is occupying pier 80?
@Mr Miserable interesting your view is the S/X are coming in complete rather than as ‘parts’ to Tilburg to avoid the 10% import tax.
It certainly cuts the journey time down as the rail crossing to Houston took a lifetime.
I had my production/delivery timeline down to within 3 days and was bang on it. That was 3 years ago and much has changed though.

The ships are beginning to rollup!
Glovis Cosmos will start to load tomorrow (15th) and is due to depart on Fri 17th. That means an approximate Zeebrugge arrival of 7 Feb.
Next to load is Morning Conductor which, IMHO, is unlikely to be EU bound.
Glovis Challenge is next and scheduled to depart on Fri 24th. That would mean Zeebrugge around 14 Feb.
Next to load is Brooklands departing on the 28th, not sure where it's going, and then the Grand Mark departing on 1 Feb (Zeebrugge 22 Feb).
All those February deliveries will be hectic!

The Tesla GB's user site (sign in) is down at the moment. Could this be due to allocating VIN numbers for the February delivery?
