How do I get the rainbow road activated? I have the update and have flicked the autopilot stalk 4 times (and more) but it doesn't activate.

Getting it to work first time seems to be tricky. Be out of autopilot, and pull the stalk reasonably quickly and consistantly 4 times. If it doesnt work cancel ap and try again. Just took me 7 attempts on the wifes model s, even though mine works easily each time now, so persevere.

Got it working this morning. Activated AP as standard then 4 rapid flicks towards you on the AP stalk. I don't think I was doing it fast enough before.

No. The moment you go out of auto steer it cancels. Pain in the butt.

found it more stable, I have!! Weird how expectations mislead us. Of course, our cars may be different and we may both be right

By the time the new firmware notification shows up on your car, the firmware has already been fully downloaded. The 90 minutes is the time spent installing it into the various parts of the car. But it does feel longer than usual.

Yes knew that, but I maintain a 90 minute installation is a long time for a rainbow road and cow bell sound byte.

Havnt noticed any difference. Maybe a two button reset and see if that clears things up

Autopilot now seems to steer me into adjacent lanes especially when crossing intersections, yes, yes, I know, not designed for that, but I don't do long distance drives much. I use autopilot in stop and go traffic. Takes a bit of the stress out of it.

Since download of new os, my personal Spotify won't load and every morning my screen displays 'Touchscreen needs servicing' error. Two toggle restart seems to clear screen error. Will speak to Tesla service today.

Since the prev upgrade regen has been reduced. Ive had to use mechanical brakes more.

False alarm about Spotify - derr - I was entering old pword? (I know ... I know...) but still working on screen morning message with Tesla.
