Application submitted: 8/20/2014
Documents Received: 8/26/2014
Application approved: 9/12/2014
Email states: We typically issue rebate checks within 90 days of application approval.

I applied online march one, 2014, and got my check on April 15, 2014!!!!!! Thanks C.A.R.B.!!!!!!!!!

Similar for me. Applied July 29, 2014, Approved August 20, 2014 with a note that checks are mailed within 90 days after approval.

Just checked the website again. Check still not mailed, but now instead of "September" it says "September or October"
Applied 3/30/14, Docs received 4/3/14, Approved 4/16/14, and I received my check this past Saturday, 9/27/14

Any new data points on this? My application was approved roughly a week after submission but I was hoping to get a feel for how fast the check might cut.

Thanks!!! 30 days from application approval and check issuance is absurd... If the application is approved and funds are there I can't think of a logical reason to delay the check. Naturally I didn't buy the car for the rebate, nor do I need the rebate for anything of consequence but inefficiencies really "grind my gears"...

FWIW, I submitted on the November 26th, my application was approved on December 7th, and my check was mailed on the 18th and I got it on the 21st so the turn around time was quite acceptable...

Just discovered this thread by happy accident: a combo of this news story that arrived in my e-mail box today which mentioned the "Clean Vehicle Rebate Project," then curiosity lead me to type in "CVRB" via a Google Alert and volia! The Internet scares me sometimes, LOL.
Any chance the M3 will make the CVRB rebate alive again? I would be happy with $1K but any more would be awesome sauce.
