Nope. They're having a system-wide outage right now.Something happened today. First I couldn’t access my account page, then my design details went blank. I think my account is FINALLY being updated to white interior. Also received a responsive email from customer service saying that my questions can be answered by my owner advisor or delivery specialist. I have not been contacted yet by an OA or DS. By the way, what is the difference? Hoping my flight is finally cleared for takeoff!
BTW, if we pick up at Fremont, do they waive the destination charge? After all, there is no freight.
