I ordered mine on 1/31/23 , my edd is April 9-May21

It depends on the region. You get it automatically. We don't have it in New Jersey though.

This is my understanding too, and I thought it makes sense than another scenario. The wouldn't discourage to have more withholding which benefits the government. Can any one with tax knowledge comment?

It's a non-refundable tax credit, so not a deduction. So if you had say $25k withheld from your paycheck because you are required to pay roughly $25k in taxes, your actual tax liability would be $17.5k

The $7500 is dollar to dollar tax credit, not deductible. We are allowed to use either the AGI in 2022 or in 2023 to qualify for the credit.

No limit as far as I know. I did check the option for a second car in the same year. The $7500 credit is for each car.

I don't know if it means anything but I used to see two boxes under 'Manage' page on Tesla website, one for 'Federal Tax Credit' and the other for 'Accelerated Delivery', and 'Accelerated Delivery' box disappeared this morning. OD 1/15 and same EDD 2/8-3/8 as updated on 1/18.

You are getting your VIN. That's what happened to me. Congrats!

Non-Matrix. You have the reflector-type lights in the attached photo From what I can see.

Darn it. I can't remember if I saw that box recently or not. I don't have it either now, but don't remember if it was there yesterday or before....

Today I got a message asking to schedule pickup all of a sudden(wondering if this is a rejected one). Scheduled to pick it up from Dedham MA. Will keep you guys posted..

This could be a car that was ordered and when IRS changed the MSRP limit to 80K the original customer changed his order to include other upgrades. Its a win for everyone.

It took me 15 days, OD 1/14, VIN 1/29. EDD was narrowed down from 4 weeks to 2 weeks on 1/27, then again to 5 days on 1/29. The "accelerated delivery" option disappeared on 1/29 too.

I remember seeing a bunch of 'coming soon' MYSRs on inventory page yeasterday so mine happened over the night. Let's hope a shipload of MYs heading to VA!

I don't ever remember seeing an edit button in the app. Where would that be? I just have the view option for the pre delivery steps.

If it is still available to you, it would be on the website after you click manage in the app. It’s not a button as much as clickable text.
