Firmware 6.0

I just got updated to .13. I haven't checked but another thread is suggesting that the on-board manual in the .13 release deletes the information about speed limiters and lane departure options from the manual. Those options were mentioned, apparently by mistake, in the .11 on-board manual. I am not aware of any other changes in .13.

They seem to be pushing .13 fairly aggressively, at least to those who were already on 6.0. Must be a high priority release. Hard to believe it's just because of what brianman discovered.

Not so random observation...
I have an update pending this morning. I'm leaning toward sitting with .11 for at least a few days.

As soon as I touched the "install now" button, however, I heard a terrible rumbling noise coming out of the back of my car... crap. I canceled the update, the noise stopped. I started the update again and heard the noise! My neighbor was revving his motorcycle...

I just installed 1.65.13 replacing 1.65.11 installed last Thursday. The change I've noticed so far is that .13 fixed blue tooth pandora streaming issue that I had with .11 - the sound level dropped after installation of .11. Music I normally listened at level 4 required level 6 after .11 installation. I am back to normal level 4 now.

Also got the alert for .13 this AM (had .11 installed at the SC on Saturday during some other repairs). Only thing I noticed is that it prompted me to name my car.

Do you drive in very low population areas? I'm not sure what Waze regards as 'nearby', but right now it claims I've 1834 Wazers nearby (at 2 in the afternoon). On mind-numbing trips to Nebraska, there's still enough Wazers around to warn for police and other hazards.

I usually see zero... sometimes 1 or 2. Maybe it's just not as popular in Canada...

Lots of wazers in Vancouver area. I started using it about 3 months ago in hopeful anticipation of integration with the Tesla UI.

Calendar won't hide

Just d/led .13 and selected "Never" show the calendar. When I do this, it disappears from the bar but as soon as I close the Controls screen, it appears again. Anyone else have this bug?

On .11 I noticed that, on Slacker, the bar showing the song length and remaining song length never moved past 0:00, although the song played normally. This has been fixed with .13

That doesn't happen on my car with the .11 build.

I'd like to insert my usual request to split firmware stickies into TWO posts. One for people to update us all on when they got it, how they got it, how they didn't get it, how long it took to update, their version numbers, etc.... and another sticky post where all we do is list and discuss the specific features.
