I am trying to be vocal tweeting etc. I am also hoping next Friday this will be resolved.Sorry to see so little interest in this thread today but our “old” Teslas matter little to most owners and even less to Tesla.
I care and check in on ya’ll all. Like you all, I was part of a small “class” left out. Keep making noise on any and all social media venues you can! Good luck!Sorry to see so little interest in this thread today but our “old” Teslas matter little to most owners and even less to Tesla.
Tweet that as widely as you can.May 2017
Update on the coast to coast autopilot demo? - “Still on for end of year. Just software limited. Any Tesla car with HW2 (all cars built since Oct last year) will be able to do this.” — Elon Musk
Tesla did say FSD depends on regulatory approval when you purchased the car. They never promised Beta invites. Beta tag can be labeled forever. Autopilot is still in Beta. It's just Open Beta for everyone that purchasd it. Maybe sometime in the future all FSD owners will get FSD beta once it's open for all. Right now it's considered Closed Beta to invites only so just gotta wait.
I agree, but I believe they do have plans to give them beta. Let's hope next Friday you will get it. I would have just hid the button if I was leading that team. They should not have made the FSD Beta queue button available for these cars then. We’re driving around like grandmas for no reason if our cars aren’t compatible. Tell me that’s not a little messed up?
I was pretty sure even MCU1+AP2+HW3 was capable of displaying traffic lights when Traffic Light and Stop Sign Control feature is enabled. Are you saying Autopilot is just guessing at what colors to display?AP2 camera literally cannot tell the difference between a yellow and green light

End of what year?
Interesting.... Then why have these early adopters being silently excluded, if they have 100 scores? He also tweeted MCU2 not needed
MCU (infotainment computer) upgrade not recommended imo. Isn’t needed for full self-driving & cost is ~$2k for limited entertainment improvements. ~ Elon Musk 4:45 PM · Dec 18, 2019
I did the MCU2 upgrade and did not get beta. 100 score. Got to be cameras or software is not ready/compatible with ap2 cameras. Will drive like a ahole for 6 more days. After that chill driving is gone.Interesting.... Then why have these early adopters being silently excluded, if they have 100 scores?
