Considering the MY doesn’t have FSD, and as of yesterday didn’t even have an option for the free trial, getting 12.3.3 on it is USELESS to me.
Of course if allowed to trial, any update would be significant but was not my point.

But the logic of “well maybe 12.3.2.1 had bugs so instead of pushing it out more they decided to work out the bugs”
Rest assured there appear to be no FSD bug fixes in any of these versions. So no worries there. That is not the reason for the updates. They are just banking dollars, nothing to do with fixes.

Most likely the beta participants will be first to get any changes (though I would not bet on it), when they exist.

Wait a few weeks. Expect slow progress.

I don't care if progress is slow, I just never want the 2 steps forward, 1 step.back crap ever again.

Oh no.... my wife's non FSD Model Y just received the free trial.... This junk is like a boomerang - I threw it away last month, and it came back to my garage, reincarnated! 🤣
Okay...... I decided to try it.....

I took the wife's "Free Trial FSD" Model Y on the same route that I used to take the Plaid (now sold). v12 is definitely better than v11.j.
It also handled my community gate fine, and in fact, on the return it must have read the 15MPH sign on the gate as it set the speed to 15mph (that's new and refreshing).

I had some non FSD routing issues, as my wife had accidentally set the home address to something other than home so I had to disengage when it went the wrong way. Not FSDj's fault.

There was also the lifted truck loser incident.... On the way back, this loser is hanging out of the passenger side of a PoS PU yelling at me, "Nice Tesla you F'n faggot"... Over and over again! So, there was that...

Also, while stopped at a light for 30 seconds, the steering wheel jerked 90 degrees to the the right for no reason. It was an instantaneous jerk, so it was startling (see attached). The car did not move.

I suppose if I drove it more, and with the proper nav programming, I would agree it's a much improved L2 than v10 and v11. Unfortunately, I purchased FSD in 2019 and again in 2021 thinking my HW3 cars would be capable (eventually) of getting to L3/L4 and perhaps, L5. But alas, that will never come to those hardware crippled HW3 cars.

Enjoy!

Why waste his time? We already know it is the same (look at the social medias, for Omar for example).
For science? Plus he’s bored on the internet. Even if they don’t grant him the trial it’s only $200.

That’s not even enough to get a good massage.

Try this exercise. Pretend you’re at a casino $100 blackjack table. You play two hands and lose. Ok, now open your eyes. Buy FSD for one month.

Odd. I found the latest FSD to be much smoother in traffic than normal Autopilot was the day before I got the trial. I don’t think they will ever be able to make everyone happy. Some people complain it’s not aggressive enough with acceleration, som people like it slower.
Normal autopilot is retarded. I had to use it while waiting for calibration to fully wrap up and it tried to drive into a standing car from a stop like it magically disappeared or something.

How have they not fixed lane changes yet. The car turns on the blinker when there is a car in the right lane slightly behind you then turns it off and tries over and over. In NJ nobody lets you in cus of a blinker. Way too passive of a driving type, I have to turn minimal lane changes on every time to stop this.
I use a blinker to indicate I want to move over if there is no space. At some point a non-ahole will let me in.
