Probably a bit tedious, but you could cross-reference the votes in the poll attached to this thread with the location of each user and gather about 60 data points.

Throttling confirmed in NJ, NY, MA, CT, PA, ME, MD, MI, IL, OH, VA, NC, SC, GA, FL, and partial CA
The throttling started right around daylight savings time (November 4th), no?
(half joking here, half totally serious.)
The partial CA seems out of place. Am I to read that no one outside of these places have had an issue? This is really strange to say the least.Throttling confirmed in NJ, NY, MA, CT, PA, ME, MD, MI, IL, OH, VA, NC, SC, GA, FL, and partial CA
have you tested your bandwidth? Some drivers are saying 50.3 helped and others that it didn't.I have been driving in NYC and the throttling seems to have been fixed since installing 50.3 yesterday.
Interesting to see that others are reporting that it's working, as well... Is it fixed all of a sudden?!?!
Rolling out a FW patch out across the AT&T LTE towers?
I dunno... Others above reported that theirs started working magically this afternoon, and mine has too... Does anyone know for sure an AT&T patch was installed today or is that speculation?
Only on rare occasions does anyone on TMC have, what you would call, "facts."
