Miles on Delivered New Tesla

Curious....How many miles should my new X have upon delivery. When I received my S in 2015 it had almost 500. Just thought 500 was too many.

That seems high. My paperwork said 50 miles but it had fewer than 30.

13 on mine, but they seem to consistently write 50 into the paperwork in advance of new-new deliveries.

Inventory S, 6 miles. 50 is the lowest they can legally list on the paperwork, though.

I picked mine up yesterday and the paperwork said 50. I was so excited I forgot to look at the odometer.

I had 5 with my Aug delivery. Your 500 sounds excessive for a custom build.

Ours was ordered and picked up last Tuesday. It's standard for paperwork to say 50 miles but ours had 7. I would definitely investigate if yours had 500.

I took an X delivery yesterday with 8 miles.

500 is *obscene*. I'd try to talk to someone at Tesla for sure. Is it documented somewhere?

500 Miles is practically someone driving up to North Cal from South Cal and then driving back down..

Mine had 23 in 2013. I think they tested them more at the factory back then - so a new MX should have way less than 50. 500 is an order of magnitude too many.

11 on mine (50 on the paperwork, as others have commented.) The guy reset both trips before I could stop him.

I have a new custom order in. I told the rep I would "refuse" the car if it had more than 20 miles on the odometer - he hasn't replied. A previous "new" car I bought had a couple hundred.

Maybe 20 is low but not by much. Is that unreasonable?
