Congratulations on your beautiful new Model S! My 90D is in production and my delivery specialist is also Brian at Buena Park. MyTesla status has a 14 digit VIN number after my Tesla. Does that mean my delivery is coming up very shortly? I'm going to ask Brian for the same swag you got.

...the wait is killing me! My window is March 18th-March 25th and I have yet to hear from my DS this week. Heck - the 18th is only 3 days away!
Ill bet your car is stuck the same place mine is - the Birmingham rail yards.
I talked to my DS this morning and he pinged the car for its location. He said Tesla has no control over how fast it will get unloaded and onto a delivery truck for the final 150-mile leg - that's all controlled by the railroads.
A week ago my car was on a train halfway between Fremont and Birmingham. It's probably been sitting in Birmingham for at least four days.

When did your ship again?

I never got any emails or inside info from my DS or much info in mytesla, but it appears mine finished production on March 9th. If so, this means only 9 days from Fremont to first estimated delivery day March 18th in Charlotte. Given they need a day or two at the SC, I surmised the only way this was possible is by truck. I could be wrong.

Mine shipped about the 4th of March, according to My Tesla. When it actually left CA I don't know. On the 8th it was halfway between Fremont and Birmingham. I guess we're not on the same train. Maybe mine shipped just before they switch from rail to truck for eastern deliveries.

I've emailed twice. Crickets... At this point, they both know where our cars are - especially yours I'd say!

My car should be at the service center already (at least according to my online status). I've been emailing a different DS then mine is on vacation until tomorrow. I'm guessing I'll get an update when they return. Though I'm disappointed the interim DS couldn't at least email me back after a couple emails. Good luck getting an update on your car and scheduling delivery.

Well, here is what I heard at about 530pm from my DS via email. (I emailed him yesterday morning...)

'It hasn’t made it just yet. I don’t foresee it being there this week, but we could be looking at early next week. I’ll update if I learn more.'

Not the level of detail I normally expect but I don't blame him. However, somebody has to know where it is. And a one week window that begins this Friday should be pretty easy to pin down 3 days away from the first possible delivery date.

Everything except this has been fantastic.

Congrats on the delivery guys - and being part of Q1! But the wait is killing me! My window is March 18th-March 25th and I have yet to hear from my DS this week. Heck - the 18th is only 3 days away!

I had the same March 18-March 25 estimate and also hadn't heard from my DS about a specific date, but was really hoping to get it by Monday. Then about 1 pm I got a call from my loan guy that he talked to my DS and was getting everything ready for delivery tomorrow. I about fell out of my chair. Still haven't gotten a time from my DS, but he did confirm we can do it tomorrow. They'll just have to install the dual charger at a different time, which I am fine with.

I am so excited! I never dreamed it would happen this quickly. Ordered 2/18, confirmed 2/25, delivered 3/15! Apparently 5ish weeks before quarter end is a great time to buy if you want it fast. Only problem is my electrician isn't coming until Friday to install the HPWC.

Thanks for this info. I just emailed my finance guy - who has been exceptional. The wrinkle being my SC is not licensed yet to sell the car, so I can't sign on property or hand them the check. I offered to go elsewhere concerned about a delay, but was assured none would occur. So he might be able to provide more info.
