No, carbon sleeved rotors on the 3 electric motors! And that's not new info...been there since the announcement in Feb. Not brake rotors.

I'm sorry to be a negative nancy, but is this seriously the way people are interpreting this? In most of the professional world that I'm used to dealing with, saying "3rd Quarter CY21" is a nice way of saying "the very end of September 2021. When Musk says "1000 cars per week probably by next quarter, he means he's ramping to hit 1k/week by the end of September.
