I know that usually Tesla is ranked at or near the top in customer satisfaction with its products, compared to other automobile manufacturers. This is in spite of not having the greatest quality. #Consumer Repots

Tesla is absolutely last in initial quality, 250 defects per 100 cars delivered, most cars are about 120 defects. By all standards tesla's quality is very bad, their customers (including myself) accept that because most other manufactures are three to 5 years behind, we really don't have a choice. Some time in the future we will have a choice and by then Tesla will have to compete on features and quality, go Tesla.
