Ordered on Feb 22, initial delivery was Feb 28 - Mar 21, and then since Feb 28 the EDD has been changing daily, from Feb 29 - Mar 21 ... to Mar 8 - Mar 21. Someone asked about delay, I guess this counts?

This morning it said VIN was assigned. I ordered MSLR, SG, yoke, and 19", black interior.

I did the dumbest thing by forgetting to pay off the loan on my M3, which I will trade it in. Does anyone know what happens if the title arrives after the EDD? Delay pickup?

Congrats! Looks like you lucked out. I can see some terrible door alignment on the car right behind yours.

I received a text to schedule my delivery this morning. I hope we know something about the camera and lighting before then. I also ordered Jan 1.

the taillight misalignment is still there, remember to get a mobile to fix it, or if you are still in the shop, ask them to turn the knobs on the trunk, the tech will be able to open up the mesh to adjust the taillight individually.

Yeah, I mean Porsche - a company that charges $1,000 to put, like, cup holders in a car - will paint your car a custom color for $12k.

To be fair, that's not $12K to paint your car. That's $12K for you to choose a color and it's not even truly custom as you're limited to several hundred choices.

I recently ordered my wife a 2024 Porsche Cayenne S E-hybrid. Literally paying $20,000 in options. You want more than wheels and a motor? It will cost ya!

Only $20K? So you're basically getting almost base since you can double the price of a Porsche with options.

Not if you plan to trade it in. I got an okay trade-in value, so I am going with their trade in.

I was going to trade in my M3P but Tesla gave me a low offer. Car max was slightly better. But Carvana beat offer by 4 thousand so I went with them. (Not sure it matters but I had no loan as it was paid off.). Very easy process and will use them in future.

Amazing. Carmax and Carvana gave me the same price, which is only $900 more than Tesla's trade. So I figure I can just go with Tesla which saves me a lot of work.

Depending on where you live you may get a sales tax credit too when trading in

Picked up my MSP one week ago. Here I am one week later with full matte PPF.

Congrats! Also, Tesla should be further ashamed of that horrific trunk/tail light alignment. I didn't think anyone had it as bad as me, but... here we are, 2 years later, and they still can't get it right.

You sadly can't fix it doing that. Ask me how I know. It will require bodywork adjustment, and you can ask me how I know.

Well, except the trunk/tail lights, which I'd guess 95% of S have issues with.
