I'm most interested in what the option codes are that would start with BT (battery) and DV (drive type). I'm expecting BT60 and DV4W.

I'm not sure if you've gotten the answer you were looking for yet. I used the site you referenced to get the option codes, but it didn't show anything starting with BT. I checked to see how the code works, and realized it only prints the codes that it knows about, and hides those that it doesn't know about. The battery option code you were asking about is BT70.

I'm new to Tesla (although like many others here, I'm a long time follower) and ordered my 70D a few weeks ago. It's scheduled to deliver end of May. I hope it actually does! I'm in the Dallas area.

A double dereferenced pointer! I just had a flashback old-school mac application programming with handles. Pointers to pointers to data, so the heap manager could move the data, and the original pointer was still valid... Oh, nevermind... Nerd moment. :smile:

Actually been there done that. I remember doing that and as someone that still does a lot of work in C, I still deal with pointers to pointers.

Since this has become the 70D-order-status thread I though I should update. My 70D is in production and should be delivered no later then 15 May. I'll be out of town on business so I'll actually have to pick it up a few days later. If you guys want, I will ask the DS any questions about the 70D that anyone posts here. Can't wait...

I went into production/build on April 28th, trying to estimate how much longer. It's sooooo close now!

Ordered on April 8, confirmed 16th, status went "In-transit" yesterday. No word from my DS yet, but I am targeting early next week to take delivery.

Wow. I confirmed 4 days before you and mine just went into production. I wonder what the rhyme or reason is?

Ordered April 12th, Confirmed April 15th. Delivery at Fremont factory.

I wonder if it'll be linear... I confirmed on April 30th, so production might start closer to mid-May than end-of-May.

70D changed from a 60 on 4/8 and confirmed that day. Vin # on 4/9. In production queue within a day or two. Being built as of 4/28. WOO HOO!!

Sounds about right! Some cars do come out of production in just a few days...so you may be driving it sooner than you expect.

Yeah a couple of weeks ago. I ordered my car a while ago. But made changes after the initial week that you have, that's why it seems like they built it fast.
