Received an email from my Internal Delivery Advisor, my Edit button had disappeared

LR/AWD Blue/Black/Aeros/No EAP, but trying to add
Reserved: June 2017
Ordered: 31st August 2018
Delivery: 12th November 2018 (hopefully)

Go to the Springfield store. They can look up your VIN, track it and tell you when it is supposed to be delivered to them. That's what I did.
 
I was supposed to pick up in Springfield NJ on 10/3. Called that morning and it wasn't there. Have a new appointment for 10/27. The website account changed to wanting me to pay the difference owed for the Tesla Loan. I've paid the $1000 + $2500. The difference is $4400. I'm concerned that if I pay this now, they could still not have my car on the 27th. Or if I don't pay it now, they could delay. Any thoughts?

I guess it depends on who is working that day. I just went there and there were 4 guys just sitting around doing nothing. They said they had no access to get that data and offered no options.

The parking lots were jammed with vehicles. I needed to park across the street.

Don't go in there they cant help much! Call Springfield themselves and then choose the option for Vehicle Delivery (I believe it is option 4). They will be able to tell you where your car is, offer you rentals, talk about your terms, provide you your VIN. They have been more than helpful this entire experience and a lot easier to reach than the 800 number for Tesla!

I am still waiting but I did not order until Sep 30 so I have not been waiting like a lot of other people. I have a Nov 13 pickup appointment in Springfield and a VIN (VIN only from a text and is not on website). The only contact I have had was through text messaging from a DA who I believe is in Las Vegas. She has been responsive to the few texts I have sent which is very nice. She said last week that the car was in Chicago and we are still a go for the 13th. I am keeping my fingers crossed.

Edit button disappeared on 10/25 - but have had not contact yet. Is this typical? Does calling the customer service number ever yield updates (was on hold for 20 minutes yesterday and gave up)?

Call Cherry Hill (856) 356-1088 the girl Jess that answers the phone is cool, every time I called no one there ever acted like I was bothering them.

Thanks so much! I just called her - she was very nice - and she told me that they are "locating a VIN that matches my build", which is ultimately good news. No exact quote on time, but it sounds like we're on track for early December.


Cool, I just picked up my car today from cherry hill... fyi I only received 1 email from my delivery specialist dude and that was the pickup date. I email/called him many time and nothin back. So just call Jess if you want an update and when you get a vin the can ping ur car to check its current location... good luck on the awesome Xmas gift u will be getting

Car delivered yesterday (11/8) in Springfield, NJ. Paperwork took 25 minutes. DS said he'd get someone to take me to my car. Came back 5 minutes later and said it would be 45 minutes. 1 hour later, he came back and said it would be just 10 more minutes. 45 minutes later, I was taken to my car. 5 minute of instructions and I was off. Just as I was pulling out, I remembered one crucial oversight. I still had the CU check. What do you suppose would have happened if I just kept driving?
