Received an email from my Internal Delivery Advisor, my Edit button had disappeared
LR/AWD Blue/Black/Aeros/No EAP, but trying to add

Go to the Springfield store. They can look up your VIN, track it and tell you when it is supposed to be delivered to them. That's what I did.
Try calling the 800# and asking them for a eta....I guess it depends on who is working that day. I just went there and there were 4 guys just sitting around doing nothing. They said they had no access to get that data and offered no options.
The parking lots were jammed with vehicles. I needed to park across the street.

On 10/23 I ordered (LR AWD MSM/White 19s) for delivery in Cherry Hill (page still says "By Dec 18"
Edit button disappeared on 10/25 - but have had not contact yet. Is this typical? Does calling the customer service number ever yield updates (was on hold for 20 minutes yesterday and gave up)?

Thanks so much! I just called her - she was very nice - and she told me that they are "locating a VIN that matches my build", which is ultimately good news. No exact quote on time, but it sounds like we're on track for early December.

I email/called him many time and nothin back. So just call Jess if you want an update and when you get a vin the can ping ur car to check its current location... good luck on the awesome Xmas gift u will be getting
