I took delivery about 2 weeks ago and have muddled through the manual... I have lots of questions but the delivery specialist takes days to respond to calls or emails, didn't tell me about things such as extended warranties, optimal battery charging (found it in the manual) and when I didn't get the update (8.0) he told me to "wait" (maybe right) but I called a different service and they pushed it to me immediately after checking my car log, said my VIN was to have gotten it. How do I go about getting decent support moving forward without cluttering up this board (promise not to!!). Great car but it seems that as soon as I signed on the dotted line and gave a check the experience has not been good, and I need them for help moving forward as things roll out - I'm not sure where to turn.
