Was told by somoneone at Tesla it will open in April. Will have showroom, delivery and service. He said it will be one of, if not the largest service center in the US for what it’s worth.

I do not believe that is the case for any Tesla let alone a Y. Are you sure they weren't talking about a tire rotation or something like that?

And those aren’t free.

The manual is pretty thorough about those things so feel free to check it out. I have never heard of any regularly scheduled maintenance for a Tesla.
