Interesting. I'm guessing those are for service center use only. It wouldn't be a very good location for a public supercharger. There's very little of interest within walking distance and it isn't really the kind of road I'd want to be walking on anyway.
 
I do not believe that is the case for any Tesla let alone a Y. Are you sure they weren't talking about a tire rotation or something like that?
And those aren’t free.

Somewhere along the line I was told that it (our Model Y) needed to come in for a checkup at 10k miles.
The manual is pretty thorough about those things so feel free to check it out. I have never heard of any regularly scheduled maintenance for a Tesla.
