I wonder how that’s possible though. I guess Tesla found a way around the law because this new update increased the range for summon by a lot and now we’re getting smart summon.

No not upset with Tesla, definitely with our regulators. We always get the short end of the stick up here compared to the US...they have better phone and internet plans, tv packages, Tesla features, In & Out burgers...

Based on the video's already out. I probably wont use it anyways. Looks to be more of an inconvenience too others than anything.

Just noticed this morning that Summon works reliably without the fob in the car. This is a first as I could only get it to work 50% of the time before without the fob and 0% if it was not physically in the car.

This is a huge improvement
