Spotted in Sydney. Grey turbine wheels looks great on a black car.

I think they are the 19" cyclones, rather than the 21" turbines. Pedantic but there is a difference in the way the spokes pair.

That photo has a shot of the plate but it's not a custom plate and I thought I should blur it to protect the privacy of the owner. Is there a forum policy about posting visible plate shots?

Its up to how you feel personally, but cars on streets are photographed all the time and that is where pretty much all of our spots come from.

There is no forum policy preventing posting pictures of cars with the number plate readable.
Such pictures have been posted on this thread and many other parts of the forum and helps in the process of confirming the number of Teslas in Australia.
The only thing that would cause me concern is if you were to identify the owner of the vehicle at the same time.

I tried adding the image to the original post without the obscured plate but I can't work out how to remove the original image. Anyway you still can't make out the plate but on the full-size image I can see it is CXB 9CH.
