The transformer is in place, but it is not yet bolted to the pad, so I am assuming it is also not wired in. The meter is not powered yet.

Passed final electrical on 7/28/23 so assume they would require the transformer to be bolted down for that, maybe internal bolts. Might be waiting for Tesla to provision and turn everything on.

The transformer wasn't even there when that inspection sticker was put on the meter.

I saw that it was online so I drove out here to check it out and it looks like I am the first person to ever charge here. There is the number 11430 written on the meter, and it started showing 11432 shortly after I plugged in.

I'm not entirely sure what that number means then, because I put like 32kWh into my car.

I believe there is a multiplier associated with that number and it varies from site to site and seems random (to me anyway). So for example, if the multiplier is 16, then the jump from 11430 to 11439 would be 144 (16x9) meaning that 144 kWh have been delivered in the last 3 days. This seems low but Billings is kind of remote and if the site isn't in the Nav yet, then it probably isn't getting much action.

It’s in the nav, but I’ve solo charged twice. I’ll get another read in a few minutes.

Yep - that would be a multiplier of 80.
