Still no transformer.

Unchanged as of this morning.

I’ve never been so happy to see such an ugly green box!! Transformer finally arrived today after sitting idle for a good, what, 6-8 weeks? Landscaping, paving, etc is all done so I’m guessing we’re just waiting for the final inspection by the City (which I know is same-day to up to 2 days wait once requested). SOON!!!

Just noticed there isn’t a meter yet. Still, I’m told that usually occurs right after transformer arrival so I’m not too worried.

Should be, the city throws the green sticker on after they inspect it.

Any update? I've been waiting for a Supercharger in the Calgary city limits forever. This is great for someone from Lethbridge for trips to Calgary and back without having to go to Crossiron or Strathmore.

It looks like the downtown location is at the exact same situation; meter inspected and signed off and just waiting for the turn up. These two sites may end up online within day(s) of each other.

I know it seems like a long shot, but I really hope this is setup for winter.

Castlegar v3 station was basically at this same stage and it sat like this for months and months. I hope that doesn’t happen. Calgary needs this one, BAD

Heard a rumour that this one and the downtown one will both be activated this week. Grand opening for the downtown charger is on Friday, so we are very, VERY close.

There was no meter when I checked yesterday, so Enmax would need to drop in very quickly for that to be a reality. Hopefully the crews aren't in a turkeygiving food coma.
