Supercharger - Lincoln, NH

About 5 years ago Settlers Green outlets was the first location proposed for Superchargers. That deal fell through and a couple of years later Tesla looked at another site in the downtown area of North Conway Village. That also didn't work out. For at least a year we've been aware of the location affiliated with Irving. It might be tight for some surplus ICE parking, but it looks as though that site could accomodate 6 or 8 SC stalls along the south side, adjacent to Mountain Valley Blvd.
For what it's worth, this SC delay might not be all on Tesla. Awhile back a person familiar with the local politics mentioned that the Town of Conway isn't the easiest town to work with.

The restaurant inside the hotel at the Lincoln supercharger is temporarily closed due to recently having a Covid-positive patron

Statement from the DHHS :

A person who tested positive visited La Vista Italian Cuisine, located at the Riverwalk Resort at Loon Mountain, 22 South Mountain Drive, Lincoln. Potential exposure occurred during the afternoon and evenings of Saturday, Oct. 17, Sunday, Oct. 18, Tuesday, Oct. 20 and Thursday, Oct. 22.

Tesla is looking to add 4 v3 superchargers (a single prefab unit) opposite the existing superchargers in Lincoln. The concept was presented at the 8/24/2022 planning board meeting the other day and approved by the planning board. The only question seems to remain what paperwork needs to be completed before it can start. This is a welcome addition to this site!

The property owner also indicated an intent to add 6 additional non-Tesla charging stations as part of a new parking lot being developed adjacent to the hotel due to existing and expected hotel customer demand.

This expansion could be happening this summer. If anyone swinging through Lincoln sees any sign of construction it would be great to get an update.

It is assumed that when they are ready to hookup the new stalls the entire site will go down to replace the transformer as they did in West Lebanon.

For those that might be interested, the Tesla Owners Club of New England is planning a drive up Mount Washington on Saturday July 22nd, with a meetup here at the Lincoln Supercharger before heading over to the auto road. We'll have alternative charging recommendations ready for attendees should this site be down for expansion for any reason.

Thanks for relaying the pictures. Not sure why that end stall is blocked off with some possible digging adjacent to it unless they changed where the secondaries will be coming across the driveway to that end. Looking at the site plan it looks like it was supposed to come across near the existing v2 supercharger cabinets instead. Either way, great to see this expansion finally underway!

Updated photos courtesy of David Connaughton who stopped by to charge on the way through. Not a lot of progress yet.

Only thing I can think of for the work adjacent to the existing v2 post is widening the space to make it an ADA compliant spot, perhaps a requirement for all site updates that don't currently have an ADA spot? Looks about right for adding that much space.

Yesterday evening, trenching & conduit on the "new" side. Sorry about the low-light pictures. There's also a trench dug & recovered across the entrance road towards the transformer location (as marked on the plan).

Stall 3B (the existing V2 that's fenced off) has been marked out of order in the app. Also, the Tesla WiFi that I observed on 7/9 wasn't present last night.

Looks like Lincoln is back to 6/6 stalls online. Anyone swinging through able to share a few site photos and if the PSU has been delivered? To complete the upgrade I presume a new transformer will need to be placed which may lead to a total site outage while that work occurs - so travelers beware and keep an eye on your nav and plan accordingly.

No progress on the V3 stalls (waiting for a transformer).

Stall 1A is marked out-of-order (I first saw this posted on FB), it's tilted/rocked back off vertical. It's ski season, so the 5 working stalls are seeing heavy demand.

In the neighborhood, Loon Mountain has opened a small lot just off the Kanc with 9-10 L2 chargers. They're on the "SWTCH" network, which is new to me, and claim up to 20 kW charging although the reviews say they're delivering ~11 kW. Plugshare shows three different listings right on top of each other; "Loon Mountain Resort" is showing charger availability but "Beach Lot" is where the check-in comments are going. This is the biggest charger installation in the area and a great development.
