More Info: Supercharging.Life database

This is a friendly contest for Tesla owners to track the number of unique public Superchargers where they have charged

- "Supercharger count" is the number of unique public Superchargers where you have charged (just being there does not count), whether or not you were the person plugging in the vehicle (such as a Valet Parking garage or a Passenger) and whether or not it was your own personal vehicle (such as a rental, a loaner, or a friend's Tesla) as long as you were the one who drove >50% of the distance to reach the charger(s).
- The list of chargers in the supercharging.life database are the ones included in the game. If you think one should be added or removed from the list, let us know.
- Only chargers available to the public without special permission are included in the game.
- Chargers not connected to the grid are not counted.
- Doublet locations like the North/South Supercharger 'pairs' in CT, ME, NH, etc. count as individual locations.
- More than 1 charger at the same address, such as Lenox Square Mall (Atlanta, GA) or Montgomery Mall (Bethesda, MD) count as individual locations when they appear as a separate location on the Tesla Nav screen.
- Inactive competitors will be archived and removed from the leaderboard. Just post an update to be reactivated.

See Supercharging.Life database for info on how to post your own visits to the database (preferred), or post your locations with date visited to this thread and one of the admins will update your list for you. All visits must be posted to this thread - not just entered in supercharging.life. If you are the first in the game to visit a supercharger location, please post to the thread as soon as you can so others know it has been visited.

I'm doing a short East 'Coast' trip - starting with the weekend in NY & New England with my wife, back home on Sunday and then continuing on my own for ten days or so. Added Clinton Crossings, NY and Albany (Crossgates Mall), NY today. Total is now 412.

Nice ... but just when I thought some of us would get a chance to get a little bit closer. I'm up for the challenge regardless. Enjoy the travels.

Whew! Relax - take your time. You could spend a week in Austin too checking out the barbecue!

Lockhart, TX is where the best BBQ is (imho). I prefer Kreuz Market to Smitty's Market but either one is top-notch.

That trip was much more interesting when the Columbus 78 miles away was the closest supercharger (and I needed to head up to the Austin airport before returning to Columbus).

Yeah, I meant Austin as a good central location for Barbecue. Have you been to Snow's in Lexington, TX? That was rated top again in Texas Monthly. We went there last month not realizing it was their 15th Anniversary and they had just been rated #1 again. The line was too long (at 9 am on Saturday) so we retreated to Elgin.

I was actually about to head up to Lockhart. I think I went to Black's last time I was there, but maybe I'll try one of the others.

Have never heard of the one in Lexington. It's tempting but it looks like it's quite a bit further away.

I haven't been to Snow's in Lexington but will add it to the list for the next time I roll through that area.

PLUS EV, as I said, neither one in Lockhart is bad but I favor Kreuz for my return trips. I can send you some photos or more detailed descriptions of each in case it helps to sway your decision but I did a back-to-back comparison of the same food from one to the other to make it as fair as possible.

The recent reviews from Kreuz are pretty bad and Smitty's will be closed by the time I get there. So I think I'll head back to Black's! It's been something like 10 years since I went there anyway. Maybe I'll hit Lexington on my way to the supercharger in Italy on Sunday :D

I almost never rely on reviews for going or not going somewhere because generally folks only fill them out when they are not satisfied. I will need to visit Black's on a future visit to compare others as well. Enjoy the trips and also the Final Four !

I tend to agree to an extent, but in this case there are about 1,000 reviews for each. My biggest annoyance with online reviews is that people will bash a place simply for being expensive. Generally speaking, and especially when I'm travelling, I'd rather pay MORE for something GREAT than pay less for something average. As an example, I am somewhat of an expert on the various coffee shops back home in Seattle, and you will see places that are probably among the best coffee houses in the world get bad reviews because their drinks cost like a dollar more than Starubucks. It is truly infuriating.

Yep, that's why I prefer to just try it on my own and see what it is like.

I looked at about the last 2 weeks of reviews for Kreuz Market and only only 4 out of 44 were a less-than-stellar review and the other 40 were almost all 5 stars. I wouldn't say that is any indication of "the recent reviews" as being "very bad." Naturally, you can't go in there thinking it is a Gin joint or fancy restaurant so maybe that is why people were not satisfied with it. Or maybe they didn't like having to eat ribs with their hands and not having any silverware / plasticware available. I'm fine with that but some people might not be.

I'd still recommend it regardless what the reviews say. It's been around long enough that it has a solid reputation.
