Yes, but how do you identify them... I've not found that info clearly identified in the hotels I've looked at. It doesn't even appear that Google has that as a filter in their Maps search. It'd be interesting to read what techniques others are using.

They are usually in PlugShare. Check the area's you are going and you might find a hotel/motel listed.

Either the Tesla Nav itself or PlugShare.

Easiest way is to ring them. If they haven't got one and you like the look and location of the hotel, you can ask if they would allow charging from a 10A pp as if you don't need a full charge you will get 100k overnight.

PS: The Olsen Hotel in my previous post has a Destination Charger.

I’ve arranged a few destination chargers. Tesla supply the hardware at no charge. The accomodation provider pays for the installation and all power used.

Ah that makes sense, I knew Tesla provided some aspect of it. Makes you wonder why there aren’t even more DCs out there.
