Emailed through. I get the impression the tesla account is slow to update. Mine says its waiting on payment and no visible vin.
ok Thanks. ya, Tesla account has never updated for me, was one of the first to receive invoice and pay but still just states, 'We will shortly upload a copy of your final invoice to your Tesla account' etc. Hoping they contact me tomorrow for the rego.

I'm getting very concerned because I still have not received an invoice. I'm not financing, paying in cash. Got the delivery phone call last week on Thursday and booked in on the 20th of September.

Tried calling today but it just goes to voicemail. I sent an email to the delivery address yesterday and haven't gotten a reply yet.

It seems my experience is atypical, generally people seem to get the invoice at most 2 days after the call.

Only 20 white cars total (at least from our self-collected spreadsheet). Even doubling/tripling that should be super easy to fill.
If the speculated order numbers are anywhere near 2500, then the spreadsheet numbers need to be multiplied by ~10. That would make 200 white interior orders (If the 1/10 self reported sample is valid, and not skewed for some reason, it could be a reasonable indication of the config mix).

I highly doubt that 200 people changed their performance orders to the white interior. When I spoke to tesla they said the white interiors were a “very small group” of orders, because I flat out asked my delivery specialist this question.

The good thing about Australian registration data is we should be able to quantify the registrations to see through Tesla’s hyperbole.

That's one skew, everyone was too scared to lose their spot in the queue by changing an order or didn't want to lose their P3- config, so they stuck with black interiors. Those who did change, and going forward from when white was an option though...who knows?
...and I forgot only white available on P3, that cuts numbers back a fair bit.

@adamonline @area @Xylarr we are all in the same boat (well our cars are, literally) having gotten our hidden VINs last week (Brotonne Bridge), SR+, Sydney, early res and order dates... but no calls from the delivery specialist yet (data sourced from Randoms sheet).

If any of you receive a call be sure to let us know. I've emailed them today asking for an update as the radio silence is killing me. With the way things look we may spill over to October deliveries. Will let you guys know if I hear back.

You can use a parcel-forwarding service like ShopMate by Aussie Post.

Thanks, I am considering that option, I need to check if the Yakima product is suitable for the glass roofs, while I understand all Model 3's have glass roofs, their web site is unclear. Also many of the components seem to be standard Yakima parts like the Towers and cross bars so it may only be the feet that are required from the US and even those seem to predate the Model 3. It seems a research PHD is required to source roof racks.
