I've been following this thread for a while now, finally received a text to confirm delivery 27th November for M3 LR white with black interior. Lease agreement signed 9th September. No VIN, but very excited - now just need to arrange charge point which I've paid for but don't seem to be moving forward on that front....
Have now received the text asking me to book the collection appointment. However, on clicking the link, like at least one other person, have a "There are currently no appointments available message". I'm due to collect from Bluewater.
Ordered M3 SR+ (Silver) on 3 October. I found the VIN a couple of days ago, same as most others.
Just call Customer Support. I had the same thing and they sorted me out in no time. Mine was because I'd opted for Brent Cross but they're not doing collections from there just now.
