Had updated the app earlier so I have vent. Haven't been in the car yet, so can't make any other comments. No smart summon.
Install took about 25 minutes!

Downloading the update now. Someone on Reddit said that you can summon the car 100ft away now with this update instead of being next to it can anyone confirm I think he may be mistaken
Finally got v10 2019.32.11!!! Attached release notes we get everything except smart summon and no regrets about that delay!

SHHHHHH!!! Don't say anything or they might put the restrictions back on it. At least it's now usable and not so finicky.
While free CHAdeMO Charging at Petro-Can with only 5% left today, I was thrilled to watch free Youtube in HD on Tesla wireless LTE. Sound and Smooth HD picture were great. Made the 40 minutes to 90% full go by fast.
Nothing beats Free everything at charging spot.
I am hoping Tesla gives leaves this freebie LTE for all those who paid for FSD with SR+ or SR and are not getting Smart Summon in Canada. It will keep me patient. Also Spotify and Slacker also work well on Tesla LTE. Didn't try Netflix no account.

So, I got the update as well and went to see if NoA has improved with respect to HOV lanes...no dice in my normal place of qew eastbound. As soon as I got into the HOV at brant street it immediately tried taking me out....will do more testing this week, but that's one bug I was really hoping got fixed.
Summon seemed to work better for me, I use it all the time backing our if my garage. But I didn't try it from farther than normal. Will do some more testing to see if the range has improved....

That's new. I don't believe summon worked at all before with Bluetooth disabled. I tried it a while back and didn't work unless Bluetooth was on.

Just tried summon with much farther range and it worked but took a couple seconds longer to get going. Was very happy today because of this update and then I noticed 3 stripes near my wheel and it’s kind of caved in. Someone hit me.. and going through the dashcam footage hoping it picked it up not sure when it happened. Pretty upset now..

I drive that same stretch everyday and have given up on noa. I assume we need a map update that identifies it properly as HOV.
Summon seems a ton better. Actually works now when you stand in front of the car.

Summon range is definitely improved. I just tested it from the back of my house while watching the security cameras and backed out smoothly. Previously I would always have to be standing near the garage door or just inside it for it to work. From this location I was about 20 feet from the garage door and the signal would have been going through 3 walls.
Still disappointed we don't have smart summon, but I'll take this improvement for sure.

I doubt it - the US version of Summon works with the fob by itself. I tried it out - it didn't work.
