You will be pleased. Truly wonderful cars, my wife and I loved the M3LR and let it go with tears in our eyes, lol. That car took us on many adventures. It was fun to be early adopters when folks used to chat and share experiences at the superchargers.

A lot of Reddits are in a blackout atm in protest of Reddits API changes to come. Reddit goes down just as a site-wide protest against its unpopular new API policy kicks off
I knew about the blackout but I guess the blackout is extended. Sent a message to my SA to which I am sure there will be no response or some generic response.
My VIN is PF800XXX and I got both HW4 and Matrix Headlights. I’m positive yours have them too.

I can only speak for myself. I was expecting to be assigned to a specific Sales Associate. Never happened. I've been contacted at least a dozen times through texts and email, never from the same person twice.
I was contacted within an hour of placing an order via text.
Same plus a random text about trade ins. But doesn't seem like a SA "assigned" to me.
Same. Even when i had a VIN and a delivery date defined I never had a specific tesla rep for communications. That said, communications were fine. They responded to txt within a day and if I called I could talk to someone knowledgeable.
The Tesla Model Y subreddit is down right now in protest of new Reddit API policy. You will have to wait a few days. What's your the last 8 digits of your VIN? it's pretty easy to know if it's HW4 now.
Austin was confirmed to have fully switched over to HW4 somewhere around PA130XXX, you should be safe. But no matrix headlight though, just LED. Although I don't think the headlights matter much.
Sounds like he just charged you the material cost, 60Amp 240V wires alone would cost hundreds of dollars.
