Additionally, Model Y production will be another Level of automation. Therefor, it is just plausible that some workforce has to be cut to build the whole process at max efficiency.

A weak, sleepless, Musk combined with a share price below 300$ could be a possible door opener for a hostile take over. A Premium of more than 60% or so could be hard to resist for most share holders.

If execution of the deal gets clear, shorts are forced to cover. Better sooner than later... Since the price will run up fast as lighting. No one wants to be the last who covers... The squeeze gets more dirty if one or more investors are already hedging via call options. And there it is: burn...
