I have been "assured" yes they will as long as they get the VIN before the 18th when that rate expires because they will be changing their rates.

Again, may be too good to be true but I have this in writing from Alliant and will see where it goes.

I just finalized with them today even though my delivery is two weeks out. In addition to the VIN they needed the finalized MVPA (Motor Vehicle Purchase Agreement) from Tesla. This part had to be done within 30 days of my original application to not have a second credit inquiry.

If my loan rep would get back to me I would consider today a success. He is awful at responding
