Don't think the spreadsheet is tracking it, but I would bet that Cash buyers are going to be prioritized toward the end of the month since those transactions will be easier.
Interesting thought, but I would think they'd want to shove us cash customers through now so that when all the finance contracts are finalized, they'll have an open schedule to work with. Here's to hoping at least.

Took delivery today @ Fremont. My appointment was at 6:30pm. When I got there at 6:15pm, there were only a couple of groups of deliveries going on. They told me to wait for my delivery person, but I did not get someone until past 7pm. Turned out my car came with built-in front bumper scratches and rear passenger side curb rash. My delivery specialist was nice and answered all my questions, and told me I did not have to take it if I didn't feel like it. I was fine with it, plus they would update my profile so I can go in for a bumper and wheel replacement later on at the Fremont SC anyway. So all was good. Overall experience, 7/10. They could've told me earlier that there were some defects and not just sit around for almost 45 mins with no update.

Model 3 LR AWD / Blue / 18" Aero / Black interior / EAP / FSD / reserved 3/31/16 / configured 7/9/18 / Manufactured Sep 2018 / VIN 88XXX.

I'm with you. No email, no changes, no calls. I'm a mix of excited waiting for my email/call and frustrated as I've seen a bunch of people on this thread with later reservation & order dates getting theirs.
There are plenty of people who reserved in 2016 who are getting skipped. I’m happy for everybody getting their cars but damn Tesla so much for loyalty.

Yep... mainly I'm happy that things are moving full speed ahead. Whether someone that ordered after me gets ahead or not doesn't matter so long as we all get our cars in our delivery window.

Order and last config change date 7/1
Blue AWD LR
Original Delivery Date 8/23
Date called that glass roof has crack 8/23
Date called asking to bring car in (that we dont have) to get new roof installed 9/4
Date I called and finally got answer about delivery date 9/5
New delivery date 9/7

So today at 2PM if all goes well "Blue Banakin" comes home. Name is a long story.

Got to love people who ordered in 8/18 getting deliveries while others over a year earlier are sitting with nothing
Really trying not to be a sourpuss, but it's impossible when it's literally the same car. Someone just posted my exact config, in Chicago, without a reservation getting their car before I get mine. I get RWD, I get the day 1/2etc people beating us out, but when I have a res and someone doesn't, that is bs.

Preach. Unless we’re all getting our emails today, this is incredibly poor execution on their end.

Do you think all of us who got the email, or email , got cars that were made for other people who didn’t pick them up?

That still shouldn't put someone ahead of a person getting delivery of the same exact config car out of the same exact delivery location who has a reservation earlier in the queue.

I am seeing people reporting that they are scheduling delivery window of the exact same car as me out of the exact same delivery center who reserved months later and put their order in weeks later. It's ridiculous.

People will grind their teeth and put up with this, but only because they don't have any other choice. From any company where there really is competition this kind of BS would never fly. This is as simple as sorting a F&*I* spreadsheet.
