I have no idea as well. It suddenly jumped up by a month from Dec 02 to Oct. Might be someone canceled, I guess.OMG A BLUE WHITE! HOW lol. How'd you get a VIN before me D:
(No I don't expect you to answer - in all seriousness, congrats!)
Whatever the reason, there's hope I can get mine too :OI have no idea as well. It suddenly jumped up by a month from Dec 02 to Oct. Might be someone canceled, I guess.
go away, me first! (Jk btw)Seems like there are a lot of July orders getting VIN's recently. Im hoping August orders are on deck soon!
I'm rooting for you. OD 6/28 and no VIN doesn't make sense -- although the whole delivery process doesn't make sense, fwiwgo away, me first! (Jk btw)
Same here. I see people ordered the MYLR later than me but getting the VINs earlier than meHow is this possibleeee people ordering a month after me and getting VINs
hey ya, what's your EDD?Same here. I see people ordered the MYLR later than me but getting the VINs earlier than me
Right now, it shows Nov 1 - Nov 29. It went as far back as December...hey ya, what's your EDD?
Thats not how Tesla works. They make changes/updates to cars when they're ready, not because its a new year. 2022 models will be no different than 2021 unless by coincidence.Hello folks, did anyone got 2022 build MY's ? Any info about the 2022 build changes ?
"The $1,500 maximum reward amount is for vehicle sales completed by 11/1/21; beginning 11/2/21 the maximum reward will be $750"Another thing that I couldn't get clarification on is whether the California Rebate of $1,500 will still be applied to vehicles delivered after Nov 1.
In general, for California deliveries the manufacture date is just a few days before the delivery date. NorCal sooner, SoCal a tad later. Tracking the latest VIN number posted here in this forum tells you if you have a fresh car or a reworked car. Fremont produces and transports roughly 1,000 Model Y per day (i.e. people posted VIN ...MF296xxx and today is Day# 292 of the year; things speed up and slow down depending on supply chain issues)
Someone with a car in-hand can provide details. I'm still a couple of weeks away...

Congrats. I have a new product related conspiracy theory on why my EDDs were moved back. It happened right around canceling my Tesla solar order. I’m not against the solar, I had to cancel to sort out some things I need to prepare first. But who knows, maybe in the algorithm lottery that was a knock against me.I received the blue button to acknowledge the Vision system. And was assigned a VIN: ...MF299xxx Order Date is 07/31, received VIN on 10/20. Today is Day# 81.
The Tesla "Review Documents" button is still inaccessible. And the paragraph under the EDD range (Oct 22 - Oct 26) still says that they'll reach out to me to schedule delivery. OK, how does that reach-out process work? So far, I've used the web page interface and I haven't received any emails from Tesla nor my SA.
My Tesla Wall Charger is in-hand and will be installed this weekend. So I'm just awaiting my PenFed check.
