I actually kept my LR reservation since I ordered before all the price hike (79k VS 94k).Did u change your LR to a P? Or is the MYP a separate order?

Why are you sharing this in the "waiting room"? Many of us here have not received our cars yet and will not be able to get this rebate at this point.Just a heads up. I was able to get another $2,000 back in a rebate from CA. I applied in August and received my check last week.
Yes you do - for me it’s $1000 credit because of the $250 paid and CA $750I don't think so...
My Order says:
Subtotal: $63,990
Destination and Doc Fee: $1,200
Order fee: $250
TOTAL: $65,440
When I called Tesla and said asked if the $250 shouldn't be deducted, as they've already charged me the Order Fee, I was told no, it's added.
I still don't quite get it. If they charged me $250 to place the order, how do they add the Order Fee again? Unless, as I asked, they're going to be deducting it when my final payment is calculated???
For example, there's a California rebate of $750, that I'm told will be deducted from my total PRIOR to my paying for the car in full...
Anyone know if they got a credit for the $250 prior to paying for their Model Y?
Bay Area MYP ordered in October pushed into Jan FEb for the first time. End range of EDD had always been 12/31 until today,
EDD changed to Jan 18 - Feb 15
Does anyone know what date you have to purchase your EV is in the bill that came out of the house?I don't know about the CA bill. I do know that in the version of BBB that came out of the House, you could have one vehicle per tax filer. Of course, that's not approved and you know, etc.
It would be effective 1/1, but it’s not in stone until senate approves or signs their own version. Any changes means the house needs to vote againDoes anyone know what date you have to purchase your EV is in the bill that came out of the house?
So by waiting 1-2 weeks you save $7500? Whats the down side of pushing your order to 2022?It would be effective 1/1, but it’s not in stone until senate approves or signs their own version. Any changes means the house needs to vote again
Passing on a Vin thats ready and possibly getting pushed to god knows when. See that post just above. Passed on a VIN that was ready and is now showing MAR-APRIL for an MYP. Yikes.....So by waiting 1-2 weeks you save $7500? Whats the down side of pushing your order to 2022?
Got my VIN and delivery date is Dec 20-27. Check on reordering and the new EDD is November 2022!,!!! UGH…Passing on a Vin thats ready and possibly getting pushed to god knows when. See that post just above. Passed on a VIN that was ready and is now showing MAR-APRIL for an MYP. Yikes.....
Actually, maybe I am wrong... I read this:Why are you sharing this in the "waiting room"? Many of us here have not received our cars yet and will not be able to get this rebate at this point.
"For Tesla and other vehicles ordered without a standard purchase/lease agreement, the date of first vehicle registration will be considered the date of purchase or lease. Applicants submitting a rebate application post-purchase must have taken delivery of their vehicle before submitting an application.
Applications received prior to the date of purchase/lease as stated above will be cancelled, and applicants will need to re-apply. Eligibility will be reviewed based on the Terms and Conditions in place at the time a new application is submitted. Extensions will not be granted."
You do need to have your car. They also require you to keep your car for 30 months or they will come back and request a prorated refund.Actually, maybe I am wrong... I read this:
Funding has been approved for the Clean Vehicle Rebate Project (CVRP) and is now available for both waitlisted and new applicants.
The waitlist that started on April 23, 2021 has ended as of September 15, 2021.
I couldn't find anything preventing me from submitting a new application, so I'm thinking that I read this wrong. I'm going to give it a go once my car arrives and see what happens. Sorry @Vin_L!!!
What is your OD?Got my VIN and delivery date is Dec 20-27. Check on reordering and the new EDD is November 2022!,!!! UGH…
This is actually not true. The exact wording is 12/31 or the date the bill passes, whichever is later. As for why you wouldn’t just wait a couple weeks as someone asked:It would be effective 1/1, but it’s not in stone until senate approves or signs their own version. Any changes means the house needs to vote again
