Just picked up my car.
No issues with gaps or anything, looks great.

Vin is F383 and it has the Ryzen chip.

About 2 minutes down the road, middle of a school zone, waiting to get past it so i can feel that first pull in my long awaited electric rocket... and i get a low tire pressure warning... by the time i got back to the SC my tire was fully flat.

No first pull, it'll have to wait.

All the associates were very nice and apologetic. So now I'm waiting for the call that its all fixed.

I think its hilarious.

Looks gorgeous. Sucks about the tire. Congrats overall? Lol

Picked my MYP up a couple weeks ago, it’s been in with The Guelph Detailing Co for a week and a bit getting full xpel stealth wrap. Picked up some geminis and had them powder coated. There was a couple paint problems that tesla wouldn’t fix (it was within specs?) but the wrap hid most of it. Highly recommmend The Guelph Detailing Co, they are very meticulous, great prices, and great communication.

What did that cost you? If you don't mind

Thanks!

I’d rather not disclose it publicly, my cost was based on multiple cars I’m having them PPF as well as some friends but they have good prices you can contact for a quote. They were very responsive and had just about the best prices compared to 5-6 other places I contacted. You can mention Steve with the xpel stealth white y

Question - I need to send in my payment and noticed I cannot access the document with the ACH information anymore. Will this information appear on the final documents I receive 24 hours before pick up? I prefer ACH or a certified cheque.

Man that sucks. Good on you for having a laugh about it despite it being a real buzz kill.

Just curious, is the spoiler taped on top of PPF? Is it strong enough?

I have a MYLR ( black on black, 19", tow and no FSD, OD Nov 5, now EDD End Apr-Mid May). I am having second thoughts (4680, AP issues) and considering delaying - there was one more price increase after I ordered but now MSM is a free colour so my difference isn't as great anymore. Has anyone deferred recently and can share their experience?

Do the decals go on top of the existing Chrome ones or did you remove them?

Today is the day that I stop checking the Tesla app 15-20 times a day, I finally picked up my MYLR. The car has no issues what so ever with panel gaps, paint issues or interior issues. It’s as close to a perfect build as it gets. My biggest concern today was the weather here in Montreal, we had major snow squalls basically all day and let me tell you it’s not fun picking up your car in such conditions, especially since it is an outdoor pick up. Pick up itself went extremely smooth, Tesla employees did a fantastic job at explaining everything with zero pressure to hurry up.

My biggest concern that I had today was the weather and the OEM tires that are supplied with the vehicle. I have the 19” Gemini’s which come with Continental proContact RX All Season Tires. The reviews of these tires were that they were extremely terrible in snow. With the weather that we were having today made me extremely nervous about the tires handling the snow. It turns out that these tires are actually pretty good in snow and after a few kilometres all the nervousness went away. Winter tires are being installed on Monday morning.( It is the law here in Quebec)

To all the people out there waiting for their Tesla, with all the EDD changes and the frustration that it brings, once you drive your Tesla all those frustrations go away.

I ordered the MYLR on September 22, completed the tasks on the same day. Had and EDD for April 2022, had several EDD changes. My Build is MGM, 5 seater, 19” Gemini’s, with Tow, No FSD.

You're right, it was $4350 when I got the quote, not $5k. Now that I know how much I love my MYP, I'd reconsider at least doing the front end ppf. I did ceramic coating inside/out but still considering ppf.
Yeah just don’t get stealth front that’ll look odd lol. Their prices are good too on full front plus doors! I almost went for that but decided I’d get something more unique. Either way front+doors would be my minimum for my next car
