3. After i spent like 30 min inside of the car, the main battery charge dropped down from 172 Miles to 168 Miles. It make me think that the main battery IS connected, but not 100% sure.
That means that the contactor never engage then...
It certainly checks the DC-DC converter status and readiness before sending 400V to it, makes sense after all, in a safety perspective at least.
I would get the signal connector working as a next step.
