Can't believe they are still messing up with camera parts. My upgrade appointment was pushed from last Wednesday to tomorrow 22nd. They want me to accept the estimate, which has the wrong inline triple part 1089531-00-C. I kept messaging them in the app, but gets no reply to my question.
Should I accept the estimate? what would happen if I did accept, would the mobile tech still show up?

I only got 2022.20.9 pushed to me and I have my software updates set to Advanced (so 2022.28.2 was never an option). Still waiting for FSD after camera upgrade earlier this month. Not sure why I haven't gotten yet. Is taarzan the only one from the legacy group (with cameras upgraded) that didn't have FSD that got 2022.20.17 in the last 2 days?

I have no urge to install the latest/greatest (although the FSDb 69.2.2 is an exception). But normally I'd wait at least a couple of weeks and let others post about the new bugs introduced. Or heaven forbid, another "battery-gate". Of course, there are exceptions but only based on features that I'd consider something very worthwhile to have.

Should be no charge, right? I didn't even have an estimate.
But I would not let them install the known wrong part. If nothing else, I believe the mobile tech can pull the cover from the main camera and see the existing part # - obviously should not be the same as what he is trying to install. Maybe another SC perhaps?

I have a 2017 Model S 90D with camera upgrades completed in February 2022. Safety score is 100 and over 100 miles on auto pilot. 2022.20.8. I have a feeling they didn’t install the correct cameras. Just my gut feeling.
@HELLAWATTS - look at the spreadsheet on the OP: your inline camera part number is different from the 'right one' and is flagged as incorrect by another user
I think your right repeater is still not a RCCB camera after replacement:

I was pushed to 20.9 a few days ago, then I got 20.17 yesterday on my 2022 X, with a 99 safety score. I was never offered 20.24 or anything newer. I had the feature on my 2018 for nearly a year, but that went away with a trade-in in June.

I looked at the spreadsheet again and my invoice. From what I gathered I think I’ll be contacting Tesla.

Left repeater didn’t get changed but it’s good

Did you get FSD Beta with 10.69.2.2 since your post from missing the June enrollment batch? It seems like the repeater cameras you received earlier this year (1034344-00-D and 1034345-00-B) were the old RCCC ones but you were able to get them replaced with correct RCCB cameras (1495866-22-C and 1495867-22-C) maybe as recently as yesterday?

What month in 2017 is your build date? It was September I believe with AP 2.5 that the cameras were upgraded to RCCB. I think. Can anyone verify?
My '17 MS100D was a June 2017 build and it needed both side and main cams upgraded.

ok, i feel really really stupid right now.........for over 3 weeks I thought all of the cameras that were replaced by Tesla were good. Turns out after looking at the invoice a little more carefully, Tesla indeed installed the wrong side repeater cameras............beyond irritated. At least that would explain why FSD Beta hasnt yet been sent to my car. I should have checked the invoice, but it even says here, calibration done.......whats to worry bout?

Yes, the estimate is $0. Just the part numbers. The service replied to my question and said everything is correct after double checking. The part number is auto generated by the system. so I accepted the estimate to let the replacement happen. I will talk to the mobile tech when he is here in the morning.

OEM cameras from May 2017 will definitely not work. Best to compare part #s from spreadsheet in OP.

I made a service request and then got a phone call about 30 minutes later from Tesla. I guess the invoice I got was not updated. He sent the finalized one to my email (screenshot attached). After his research all cameras are correct except for the left B pillar. The technician that did my camera swap was horrible. Long story…besides that I brought it to the Service Advisor’s attention that the left B pillar still had water spots on it from when I washed my car. They insisted all cameras were changed. That explains everything why I’ve been in the queue for a year now. I’m glad I got that phone call and THANK YOU to this amazing supportive group. Mobile appointment is scheduled for early next week.
