I got the ones from ebay mentioned above by darknavi and the quality seemed really good, especially considering the price. Let's see how long they last, hopefully they don't rust. With the spoiler on it's way from RPM and wheels and tires purchased 2 months ago from elsewhere for $2.4k total, it's a darn site cheaper than Tesla's $5k performance pack (plus I have a spare set for winter)

I was annoyed when they charged 50% more than the same covers for the S/X (see post #20), but it looks like they rectified the situation by now charging double than the S/X.

The funny thing is someone asked them why the price discrepancy, and while their answer makes little sense, my take is basically they are saying the S/X pedals have competition:

“Question:
Why are odell 3 pedals so much more expensive than pedals for odell’s s and x?
Answer:
Dear Tesla owners:
We would like to express our sadly express here. For the Model S/X one which is ollow our listing, store named SUMK,He also sold something like us and give the lower price. However, A lot of Tesla owners do not check it carefully, then he purchased from SUMK,finnaly our Tesla owners get the fake one. So we must to adjust the price lower, when he follow this listing. And to be honest,we sold the same price at the first time. Thank you for understanding. When you place the order please check it "sold by Teslafans"
Best regards,

Dead Pedal (RPM Tesla)
TBH I’m not a big fan of it, so I’m looking around for a replacement
1. The metal on the right side was bent when I received it so I had to use a rubber mallet to pound it back flat :(
2. The black bars are like sandpaper, so it’s pretty loud when the sole of your shoe is rubbing across it, would prefer a hard rubber for the ribs like the pedals

Brake & Accelerator Covers (TopFit)
Overall, very happy with these as just about anything is better than the Tesla black rubber! The brake cover went on very smoothly, but the accelerator took a LOT-LOT-LOT of effort, which is probably a good thing, but I was cramped, upside down, using my phone camera in selfie mode to see behind the pedal, fingers cramping, and sweating my A$$ off just trying to get the rubber around the pedal edge. o_O

Steering wheel is a bit in the way, but I’m happy with the look!

I had the same exact experience. Got the TopFit Brake and Accelerator covers and it was a pain putting them on. I even did the "dunk in hot water" tip to soften or loosen up the plastic backing but still found myself angling my body and cramping up and hurting my fingers. Still very worth it in my opinion. Love the look. Looking for Foot Rest Dead Pedestal cover to match. Not going to go with the RPM one.

Is the Foot Rest Dead Pedal just an overlay onto the OEM foot rest dead pedal? Does it add to the thickness, or the height, of the foot rest?
The Dead Pedal length is correct and the right side has an overhang, so you can snug that right next to the plastic. It has double-sided tape on the back to adhere it to the plastic Tesla trim, so it adds the thickness of the tape for the depth. Not a noticeable thickness difference just resting a foot there.

@davidalai if you find some alternatives, can you post your finds? Thanks!
