Another data point - did a 360km each way round trip this weekend in my 75D. Half of the route was quite hilly and 25% (80km) of each leg was divided highways where speeds average about 120km/h). The majority of the drive was very little traffic on 2-lane highway travelling at about 100-105km/h. The temperature was very warm for here (33C+) and i had AC set to 22C and range mode on. Used AP most of the drive (speed control not steering).
My results were:
west bound 361km - avg 246 wh/km (422 wh/mile)
East bound 361km - avg 224 wh/km (358 wh/mile) (AC set to 23.5C, more downhill)
This makes my true range to be about 300km yet it always displays 355km as 100% range

Glad to find this thread... I used to have a '14 MS that got around 330-350 in the city with my driving style. I was really unhappy about the build quality and recurring motor noise in that model and sold the car a few years ago. I've recently got into an Audi e-tron and am getting around 450 Wh/mi city driving in that car for reference. It's heavy and inefficient compared to any Tesla but at least the fenders are bolted on correctly 
Another data: we did trip 222 miles: 56-60mph on autopilot: 277Wh/mi. 3 people on board, fully loaded both trunks, wind cross and head up to 6mph, outside temp in the beginning of trip 65F, later 79F.
On a trip to Amsterdam, here is the result I got with my model X :
23 °C outside temp. 120 km/h on the Belgian highways and 100 km/h on the Netherland ones. 322 m altitude loss over the 321 km...
It was quite pleasing.
The way back went very well too but with a gain of 300 m altitude, average consumption went up to 205 Wh/km.

I have an original X60D in the free white paint. Just crossed 50,000 miles at 49 months. Bye, bye warranty.
You can imagine that I sometimes get range anxiety on trips.
Used to! Not any more... switched to % mode on my displays and have never looked back. This way I always know how much juice is in the battery and plan accordingly.
p.s. I also purchased a 100 ft. 10 Gauge extension cord. Never need to use it but it is comforting on cross country trips.

wow.. you do cross country with X60? that is the lowest range Tesla almost close to S40 which was killed immediately. How much practical range you get on this?
That doesn't sound unusual for a presumably hilly area, in the cold at highway speeds with cargo.

That's on a good day for me. I average 500+ wh/mi. I only commute 3 miles/day so I like to stretch my legs during the 5 minutes to work.

Lifetime average on my 20" wheeled 2021 LR+ is 365 wh/mi so far, mostly commuting with a lot of highway and a lot of short trips, average outside temp has been about 35f. Looking forward to seeing what the mild weather performance is like. Consumption so far has been 10-20% better than I was expecting, it is still under 1000 miles and been cold, and I've not been gentle nor have the trips or anything else really been done with efficiency in mind.
Also, the charge curve is pretty nice, 32 to 70% in 26 minutes on a 150kw supercharger, and 32-45 in about 7 minutes.

I've got a 2018 X 75D with 18000 miles. My average wh/mi seems to be around 346. I guess that's why my max range has gone from the EPA 237 mi to 215 mi. I believe the EPA mileage is calculated at 316 wh/mi. I'd love to get a new battery pack with a range over 300 but have been told that if you want to increase range you have to buy a whole new car. Has anyone heard of a range upgrade being available in the near future?

Just picked up our CPO 2017 model X 100D yesterday. Love it but I did see the Wh/mi is in the mid-500s and range at 90% charge is like 148 miles.
Lot of factors - live in Chicago (so all city driving so far), 30 degrees outside, and the car came with 22 inch black all season tires which I’ve heard can all reduce efficiency/range. No cargo.
Does this seem in range with expectations? Or something I need to bring up to SC?

Depending on the model month, your rated range would be 285 or 295 miles (IIRC), but that's from 100%. To get rated range, you would need to average around 340 WH/Mi. Since you are averaging 573 WH/Mi, you are consuming an EXTRA 233 WH/Mi. You're burning 168.5% of the allotted electrons by the rating, and 285/1.685 would allow for roughly 169 miles at 100%. 169*.9=152.1, so 148 miles at 90% doesn't seem too far off at all, assuming I've done the correct math. The 22 inch wheels and the cold will definitely both affect range, but IMO, there doesn't appear to be a battery issue here.

About 23k total miles. Nearly all on 22” wheels. Lifetime average 379 Wh/mi.
Took a recent trip to the snow so put on the oem 20”s. Left them on for about a week doing my regular work drive. Average 331 Wh/mi.

Lifetime average over nearly 3000 miles is now 346 despite the recent cold snap in the STL area.
Also, 10 degrees F = ~30% worse consumption than 40 degrees out on the same drive.
