Just got my VIN today. Order details in sig. Looks like the LRs are transitioning over to 2023? This is for Washington pickup. Let's see if I manage to get a unit with USS still.

Well when that happened to me back in june I asked Tesla what that meant and they said "yeah that's not a good sign at all, but hang in there perhaps something good happens soon...". Nothing good came out of that and I am taking delivery next week instead of may-june that they more or less promised me.

For all the 2023 VIN holders...please report back when you take delivery if your car has USS or not. If there truly is a short goldilocks period where you get a 2023 car with USS then you guys with 58XXXX VINs are probably the lucky few.

FYI, I have a 2023 VIN and my SA told me it would have USS when delivered this week. I’ll believe it when I see it, but encouraging nonetheless.

I went to pick up my 2023 mylr today and was told there was some sort of firmware update the service dept had to do before I could drive away with it. Waiting until Monday to see what happens. Wonder if it’s the same thing you mentioned

They didn’t tell me firmware, rather govt restrictions. Oh well either way we have to wait, which I’m okay with… I, hopefully, have waited a shorter than others.
