They still sending out Y's with old chip. I've seen people with VIN's below that all recieved Intel chips.

I see from your sig that you have FSD on your order, I also do..... I am in the beta on my Model 3, do you know if we need to 'test' again with the safety score to get in the beta on the new Y's?

Haven't followed it closely, but was there any solid cutoff where they were all new? For reference, I was told the 384xxx I'm picking up on 3/8 is AMD.

I don't know. Really just looking through forums and recording numbers that recieved Intel. I just got my VIN 389 here in WA today. Haven't scheduled my delivery date tho.

From my research intel was primarily for MYP from 375-380. F381+ I haven't seen any intel yet.

Yea, I feel you on that! I wanted to hold out for 4680, but I am unable to place mine on hold any longer. I'd hate to get the old Intel. My delivery is coming soon can't wait to confirm what I receive.

Well, I'm starting to think EDD don't really matter. I posted the update of my EDD changing from Feb -March to April 21-May 19 on Friday. Saturday it changed to March 1-March29...

Today, Monday I GOT MY VIN!
Rep informed me that it was in CA and once it gets closer, I will get a text to schedule a delivery date.

Nice congrats, how code you didn’t get AMD???

Basically was just unlucky. Tesla found a box of old intel chips, and to save about $100 per vehicle they threw them into a bunch of 373 through 379xxx Model Ys. Also didn't get the new lion 12v battery or heated wiper park. Still love the car but I honestly am bummed about getting shafted with the old tech.

EDD changed today again from May 19 - June 16 to June 9 - July 7. This is insane. If thats true I would have waited more than 9 months or around 290 days. WTF???

My pickup is scheduled for 03/09 but just now got a call from SA saying there is a damage to vehicle in railyard and they are going to unassign that VIN . He said they will find another vehicle with in a week.

Ugh I'm sorry to hear that, which location were you taking delivery in? I have a 3/8 appointment to pick up mine in Springfield (my window was 3/7-3/9, so could be same shipment)

Same here. OD 10/29. Changed to cash only, EDD still Sep for now...

Nice. I had declined two 378 in Feb and was on hold till March 3rd to get a 377. Luckily the delivery guys were good and released my VIN. Waiting on a newer VIN now.
